There are several ways that you can get help from TCS. You can send us
an email to support@tcshouston.net.
You can go to the support tab and fill out a customer support request form.
You can also contact our emergency support line at
713-298-1116 (CELL).
TCS provides a wide
variety of services including Desktop Support, Network Management, Virus
repair/removal, Server Management, Web Design, and custom programming. To
find out more, click about us in the menu, and then go to services.
Our prices are low because we just do not have the overhead of the larger
companies. We are a small, primarily contract operation. No
overhead, lower costs for our customers. So if you want to see the "80
Million Dollar" building before you think we can help you, you will not find it
with us.
Here's a funny story I heard about prices. A company, we will call them
ACME, got bids for new website. Although It was a fairly complicated web
site, a small local consulting company said that they could do it for $37,000.
ACME had other bids, all in the $200,000 to $1,200,000 range. ACME went
with a big consulting company at $1,200,000.
The small consulting company called and asked why they didn't get the
contract? The answer: since their bid was so low, there must have been
something wrong with their ability to do the job.
The moral to the story.... A year and half later, the website is still
not up, it is over budget, and ACME went out of business.
Just because we are small, we still get the job done, and I
think we do it better.
