It still amazes us when we find servers without a UPS hooked up.  We smiled when we find a UPS with everything but the kitchen sink plugged into it.  Once saw about 10 servers plugged into a single APC 500.  At least it was surge protected that way!  Let us make sure that your servers are protected from power failures, and that you have not overloaded your UPS's.  When were the batteries last replaced?  Just like car batteries, UPS batteries have to be replaced from time to time.

We will setup and install UPS backups and their software so that servers can be notified that power has failed.  Servers can then do a clean shutdown before the batteries are drained.

Verification of load levels

We can make sure that your UPS backups are not overloaded.  An overloaded UPS will actually turn off when the power fails.  Don't let your company just crash when the power goes out.

Battery Replacement

We can contact the vendor and get replacement batteries,  and we will dispose of the old batteries.
