March 08, 2004 -- TCS Total Computer Solutions launches a new company to help solve the over priced services of most consulting companies.  TCS believes that over priced consulting companies only care about profit, and not their customers.  We believe that many customers just can't afford the overpriced consulting rates of IBM, BMC, Xerox Global Systems, and EDS.
