Name: John Riggle
Position: President, Engineer, Consultant, Trainer, Programmer,
Script Writer, Web Designer ... and Jack of All
trades.
Description: Our President and founder has worked in the
computer industry for over fifteen years. He has held a variety of titles
including Programmer, Computer Operator, Network Administrator, Network
Engineer, Technical Specialist, Consultant, Technical Consultant, and Technical
Trainer. John has worked on networks with a couple of PC's to networks with thousands of PC's. His motto is
"You can't make everyone happy, but you have to try to anyway."
John has
been known to work all night when needed. He has worked with every Windows
operating system, every version of Office, as well as countless number of other
products. John is only happy when his customers are happy.

Trivia: John has never had a job that was not computer related
in some capacity.
Trivia: John has been a Microsoft Certified Professional
since 1996. His MCP ID is in the mid 350,000's.
Trivia: John passed his first Microsoft exam without
studying. He even passed five exams in a week! However it did take him 348
days to pass the next one and finally get his MCSE on Windows NT!
Trivia: On a scary note... Every single
training company John has worked for has gone out of business! Maybe we
don't need to offer any training classes!
Name: Max Monakes
Position: Vice President, Oracle DBA, Access programmer, VB programmer
Description: Max is yet another displaced technical person with
"Too much experience". After he was laid off with over 20 years of
experience working as a DBA, he was unable to find work, so he went back to
college! Max already has a Bachelor's degree, and is currently working on
his Master's.
Status: Limited around his class schedule
Trivia: Max is currently working on his Master degree in
Computer Science.
Name: Ron Stewart
Position: Consultant, Router Support and Trainer
Description: Ron Stewart has trained hundreds of people
on how to repair and build PC's. He has given classes on Excel, Word,
Powerpoint, and Access. He has trained students on how to
build and repair networks. He has trained students on Cisco Routers
for the CCNA class.
Status: Reserved to weekends and weeknights
Trivia: John and Ron worked together at a now defunct
company.
Name: Ywaine Spiner
Position: Consultant, Network Implementer and Phone Support
Description: Ywaine is another of our network engineers. He
has been doing desktop support for the last couple of years. He brings
these talents to our customers. Ywaine is working on his MCSE.
Status: Reserved to weekends and weeknights
Trivia: Dwayne has handled more money than several people
will ever touch in a lifetime... Amazingly enough... none of it turned up
missing.. An honest employee.... Now that is something rare these
days!
Name: Necole Styner
Position: Secretary and Collections
Description: Necole will be the one calling when you "forget"
to pay your bill. Don't make her send Guido to bend your arms!
Status: 8-5 Monday to Friday
Trivia: Necole is an up and coming poet. She's had
over seven of her poems published in 2003-2004. Several of her poems was
the very first one in the book, including the best of 2003!
Name: Lee Sharp
Position: Consultant, Router Specialist, Security Specialist, Network management and
Engineer
Description: Lee Sharp joins TCS and will mainly be covering the
Galveston, Webster, and southeast Houston area. Lee is a former BMC
consultant. Lee has worked on routers, Unix, and Windows products for over a decade. If you want to find who is trying to hack your network,
Lee is your man. After he was laid off from BMC, Lee went back to college
where he currently working on a second degree.
Status: Limited around his class schedule
Trivia: As a BMC employee Lee traveled across the
country, and even the world. He even spent several months in South Africa.
Trivia: Lee and John Riggle have known each other for
over 20 years!
Name: John Schmalz
Position: Network Administrator, VB Programmer, Access
Programmer, Desktop Support
Description: John is another displaced network administrator.
He has single handedly managed a fifty+ pc network, three office, six servers, and
a phone switch. Did I mention 100+ custom Access Databases using ODBC to
pull data from two Unix servers? John is currently working on his MCSE.
John is a certified MCDBA, MCAD, and a MCSD.
